This Cemetery is located in the SE1/4 of the NE1/4 of Sect. 9, twp. 63, Range 14 in Adair County, Missouri.
From Kirksville, drive 5.4 miles on US Highway 63, then go east on State Route T for 7 miles. The cemetery is one mile east of Sperry at Clay Way and SR T.
As of 1964, it has been incorporated as the Adair County Bethel Cemetery, Association.
